Peter Byrne, Director and Company Secretary and Melbourne Office Manager
As Director, Company Secretary and Office Manager, Melbourne, Peter embraces and drives Aquenta’s business values and implements the business growth strategy across the national operation. Peter brings over 30 years experience, across the full spectrum of services offered by Aquenta, from early feasibility through the planning, development and construction phases, to development of life cycle analysis, and final demolition and replacement. Peter has managed services across all sectors in which Aquenta provides consultancy.

Roger Burman, Principal
Roger has over 18 years experience in the civil construction industry and is a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Highly knowledgeable in construction practices with hands-on experience in the heavy commercial and mining industries, Roger subsequently developed his career as a Senior Civil Estimator and Estimating System Consultant. Managing cost estimates from AUD$5Million to in excess of AUD$2Billion, he services a diverse client base through a variety of projects including road tunnels, major transport infrastructure, water infrastructure, bridge construction, structures and mining.

Richard is a Principal of Aquenta Consulting, Manager of the Brisbane office and a member of the Executive Leadership Team. A specialist in cost planning and service delivery, Richard’s expertise in strategic facilities management has spearheaded his involvement in major commissions which include a recent review of constructional and operational costs for Griffith University, Queensland.

His unusual blend of skills encompasses commercial engineering and project management and he has used his capabilities to execute a wide range of sizeable projects; most recently within Transport and Resources.

Stephen Bolt, Principal
Stephen has gained over 30 years experienced in all facets of Quantity Surveying and brings to Aquenta his experience in Commercial and Contract Management, dispute resolution and adjudication for contracting organisations, private and public businesses with a specialist knowledge within the Oil & Gas and Mining Industries. He has particular expertise in high level estimate validations, statistical and analytical reporting, commercial and risk management, and initializing project controls processes offering rigour to cost accountabilities.
